These terms govern your use of Velaré's luxury chauffeur services. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when using our premium transportation services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Velaré Luxury Chauffeur Services ("Velaré", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velaré. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. By booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Service Description

Velaré provides luxury chauffeur services including but not limited to: • Executive transportation and airport transfers • Corporate travel and business meetings • Special events and wedding transportation • Sightseeing tours and leisure travel • Long-distance and interstate travel • Luxury vehicle rental with professional chauffeur All services are provided using premium vehicles operated by professionally trained and licensed chauffeurs. We maintain the highest standards of safety, reliability, and luxury in all our operations. Service availability is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests that do not align with our safety standards or business policies. Special requests and customizations may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Booking and Reservations

Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, email, or telephone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your reservation, we require: • Complete passenger and contact information • Detailed pickup and destination addresses • Preferred vehicle type and any special requirements • Valid payment method for deposit or full payment Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for optimal service. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For recurring or corporate bookings, special terms and pricing may apply. 4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on various factors including: • Distance and duration of service • Vehicle type and luxury level • Time of service (peak hours, holidays, special events) • Additional services and amenities requested • Waiting time and route modifications Payment Methods Accepted: • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) • Corporate accounts and invoicing • Bank transfers for advance bookings • Cash payments (subject to availability) Deposits may be required for certain bookings. Full payment is typically due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. All prices quoted are in local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, and special requests. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions and service requirements.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary based on the type of service and advance notice provided: Standard Cancellations: • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund • 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee • 6-12 hours notice: 75% cancellation fee • Less than 6 hours notice: 100% cancellation fee Special Event & Peak Time Cancellations: • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund • 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% cancellation fee No-shows will be charged the full service fee. In case of flight delays or other circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty where possible. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Corporate accounts may have different cancellation terms as outlined in their service agreements.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Velaré services, you agree to: • Provide accurate booking information and contact details • Be ready for pickup at the scheduled time and location • Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect and courtesy • Comply with all local laws and regulations during service • Not engage in illegal activities or carry prohibited items • Inform us of any special requirements or medical conditions • Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon booking Prohibited Activities: • Smoking in vehicles (including e-cigarettes and vaping) • Consuming alcohol without prior arrangement • Damaging or soiling vehicles • Inappropriate behavior toward staff • Exceeding vehicle passenger capacity Clients are liable for any damage to vehicles caused during their service period. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive soiling or odors. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these responsibilities.

7. Liability and Insurance

Velaré maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including: • Commercial vehicle insurance • Public liability insurance • Professional indemnity coverage • Chauffeur licensing and background checks Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for: • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles • Consequential or indirect damages resulting from service delays • Third-party actions or events outside our reasonable control Clients are advised to maintain their own travel and personal insurance. For high-value transportation needs, additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request. In case of accidents or incidents, we will cooperate fully with authorities and insurance providers to ensure proper resolution. Maximum liability per incident shall not exceed the total service fee paid for that specific booking.

8. Service Areas and Limitations

Our primary service area includes major metropolitan areas and surrounding regions. We provide services to: • Airport transfers and transportation hubs • Hotels, resorts, and accommodation facilities • Corporate offices and business centers • Event venues and entertainment facilities • Private residences and designated pickup points Interstate and long-distance travel is available with advance booking. Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard coverage area. Service limitations may include: • Remote or difficult-to-access locations • Areas with safety or security concerns • Locations requiring special permits or authorizations • Times when road conditions are unsafe We reserve the right to decline service to locations deemed unsuitable for our luxury vehicles or unsafe for our chauffeurs. Alternative arrangements will be discussed when possible.

9. Wait Times and Delays

Our punctuality commitment includes: • Arrival within 15 minutes of scheduled pickup time • Flight monitoring for airport pickups • Real-time traffic monitoring and route optimization • Proactive communication regarding any delays Wait Time Policy: • Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary waiting • Hotel/residence pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting • Corporate pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting • Additional waiting time: Charged at hourly rates For flight delays or early arrivals, we monitor flight status and adjust pickup times accordingly. No additional charges apply for flight-related schedule changes when we are notified through our flight tracking system. If you are delayed, please notify us immediately. Extended delays may result in rescheduling or additional charges depending on our chauffeur and vehicle availability. We strive to minimize wait times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues or disputes promptly and fairly: Initial Resolution Process: • Contact our customer service team immediately • Provide detailed information about your concern • Work with our management team for immediate resolution • Document all communications for reference If direct resolution is not possible: • Formal complaint process through our dispute resolution system • Independent mediation services where appropriate • Arbitration as outlined in applicable consumer protection laws • Legal action as a final resort within applicable jurisdictions Time Limitations: • Service-related complaints must be reported within 48 hours • Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days • Formal legal action must commence within 12 months We maintain detailed records of all services and communications to assist in fair resolution of disputes. Our goal is always to maintain positive client relationships while upholding our service standards. These Terms are governed by local laws and regulations where services are provided.

Important Legal Notice

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Velaré Luxury Chauffeur Services. They supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to your use of our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
