Day-by-Day, Stop-by-Stop Itinerary

Day 1 — Sydney ➝ Perisher Valley (via Southern Highlands • Goulburn • Cooma • Jindabyne)

05:30–06:00 | Private pick-up (Sydney CBD or your address)

Meet your chauffeur. Load small/medium bags and any pre-booked gear. Chilled water and Wi-Fi onboard.

07:15 | Southern Highlands comfort & coffee stop (Sutton Forest / Berrima area, ~20–30 min)

Stretch your legs, grab coffee/pastries, quick restroom break.

08:15 | Goulburn “Big Merino” photo stop (~10 min, optional)

Fast, fun photo op at the iconic landmark before continuing south.

09:15 | Lake George lookout pull-over (~10 min, optional, weather permitting)

Wide views over the lake basin—great quick photos.

10:30 | Cooma – Snowy Hydro Discovery Centre & chain check (~30–40 min)

Browse interactive exhibits (time-allowing). If 2WD, this is a practical point to hire snow chains (required to be carried in winter on certain alpine roads). We’ll coordinate hire/fitting with a provider on request. (Fees not included.)

11:30 | Jindabyne – gear & lunch stop (~60–75 min)

Gear hire (skis/boards/boots/clothing) if needed.
Pick up lift passes/lessons (if not purchased online).
Casual lunch or grab-and-go.
Lake Jindabyne photo moment.

12:45 | Enter Kosciuszko National Park (park entry required)

Your chauffeur will guide the payment process at the gate or advise on online purchase.

(Park fees not included.)

13:15–16:45 | Perisher Valley free time (afternoon on snow)

Ski/snowboard, toboggan, snow play, or relax in alpine cafés.
Lessons and equipment hire available (pre-book recommended).
Optional Skitube (Bullocks Flat ⇄ Perisher) if you prefer rail access (time/fee applies).

17:15 | Transfer to your alpine accommodation (Perisher Village or Jindabyne)

Check-in, freshen up.

Evening options: village stroll, dinner at local venues, night skiing if operational (seasonal).

Day 2 — Thredbo Valley ➝ Sydney (via Jindabyne • Cooma • Southern Highlands)

08:00 | Pickup from accommodation ➝ Thredbo Village (30–45 min)

Scenic Alpine Way drive; watch for snow gums and wildlife.

08:45–13:30 | Thredbo Alpine Village free time

Kosciuszko Express chair to Eagles Nest for sweeping views (foot-passenger option).
Merritts Gondola (when operating).
Beginner/intermediate ski & board runs, or guided lessons (pre-book).
Cafés, retail and relaxed village atmosphere.

13:30–14:15 | Lunch in Thredbo (own choice, own cost)

Warm up and refuel before departure.

14:15 | Depart Thredbo ➝ Jindabyne (return gear if hired)

15:00 | Jindabyne ➝ Cooma rest stop (~20 min)

Coffee/restrooms. Final mountain photos.

17:15 | Southern Highlands comfort stop (~20 min)

Stretch legs, optional early dinner if desired.

19:30–20:00 | Drop-off back in Sydney

Arrival time varies with traffic/conditions.

Important Notes & Recommendations

Tickets/passes not included: lift passes, lessons, Skitube, NPWS park entry, gear hire.
Chains: All 2WD must carry snow chains in winter on certain alpine roads. We can arrange chain hire & fitting via providers (fees apply).
Vehicles: Our luxury SUVs handle alpine conditions; in extreme weather or closures, we may adjust timing/routes for safety.
What to pack: Waterproof jacket/pants, warm layers, gloves, beanie, snow boots, sunscreen, sunglasses/goggles, lip balm.
Health & safety: High UV at altitude; hydrate and take breaks. Watch for ice underfoot.
Accommodation: Not included. Happy to recommend/book alpine hotels or Jindabyne stays on request.
Flexibility: We can swap Perisher/Thredbo order, add snow-play areas, or extend time if you prefer (additional hour rates apply).
